Ask yourself these 4 leadership questions to get yourself started:

  1. What role does the level of your leadership skills play in your personal and professional success?
  2. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being highest) how do you rate the overall effectiveness of your leadership?
  3. What would it mean to you personally and professionally if your rating were to rise one point? Two points?
  4. What is the risk if you answered anything less than 10?

Now to really test yourself, ask a colleague or set of colleagues to rate your leadership. They do this anyway. You might as well know.
