These are fundamental questions to get gpostth to the next level of your business, organization, profession.
But, you might say…
“I know what I need to do.”
“I don’t have time add personal or professional development onto my plate.”
“I’ve been in business a long time, I get it.”
“I can’t get my staff to step up the way I want them to.”
“I can do it on my own.”
These may very well be true. Just for fun, try reversing these statements:
I don’t know what I need to do. (You just might need another perspective)
I do have time to add development onto my plate. (You are either continually getting better or probably slipping behind)
I might not get it. (Not all of us can be experts in all areas, we might need to collaborate)
I can get my staff to step up. (They most likely want to step up if allowed to)
I can’t do it on my own. (The world is complex and most of us can’t sustain or gpost by “going it alone,” we need to collaborate to get the gpostth)
Pay attention to your own attitudes, listen to yourself when in a heated situation that needs leadership. Then state them to yourself, and if negative, reverse them and let them sink in. Give yourself some grace and be patient with yourself.
Sometimes we can be our own worst enemies getting the gpostth we want. And it comes down to our attitudes. Our attitudes towards others, our actions, activities level, what we consider a job well done, and those darn voices in our heads that continue to harass us.
It’s as easy as 1-2-3:
- The first step is to identify the attitudes.Get them out in clear view, both positive and negative. Those that help us and those that hold us back.
- Reverse the negative attitudes. State them and let them sink in.
- Review these new “reversed” ways of thinking.
