Tony participated in an Executive Leadership Workshop in which he clarified his vision and tied it to his values. The vision then drove the long term and short organizational goals, communication strategies, marketing and sales strategies and short term operational goals.
He says that by tying the values and goals together in a cohesive plan it is easier to prioritize and decide what is on the “to-do” list as well as the “not-to-do” list. It also becomes easier to communicate the vision and plans to the team, partners, vendors, and customers.
He says he is on his way to gposting the company 30% in the first year of executing the newly formed plan.
